Refund & Transfer Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
As places are strictly limited and materials are prepared in advance for each participant, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or non-attendance.
Transfers
You may request to transfer your booking up to 24 hours before the workshop, subject to written email approval.
All transfer requests are reviewed to ensure they comply with the event’s requirements, including age restrictions, suitability, and capacity limits.
For adult-only events, tickets cannot be transferred to a child or any underage participant under any circumstances. Any attempt to transfer a booking in this way will be rejected, and the original booking will remain valid and non-refundable.
We also reserve the right to refuse any transfer request that does not meet the event criteria. In cases where a transfer request breaches the event’s stated requirements (including age restrictions), no refund or transfer will be issued.
Cancellations by Us
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund.
